WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES ?

The shipping time is estimated between 3 and 5 working days after reception of the payment. Once you have received the shipping confirmation email, a tracking link will be transferred to you by email.



WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS ?

Delivery is free in France, Belgium and Luxembourg from 100€ of purchase.

Delivery costs are not included in the prices of the products. For orders to Metropolitan France, the costs are 4.95€ by Colissimo without signature and 3.50€ by Mondial Relay. The other possibility is to pick up the order for free at the workshop in Strasbourg.

For Belgium and Luxemburg, the delivery costs in relay point are 3,50€.

For countries such as Germany, Portugal and Spain, the cost of delivery in a relay point is 5€ and home delivery is 8€.

 For the other countries of the European Union (Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Slovakia, Slovenia, United Kingdom, Austria, Bulgaria, Italy, Czech Republic, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Malta, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland) the delivery is at the price of 13,10€ by Colissimo.



IS IT POSSIBLE TO RETURN AN ITEM?

Returns are possible. You have a period of fourteen days to return at your expense the items that do not suit you, against refund. This period runs from the day of validation of the order. All returns must be notified in advance by email to: contact@tete-dorange.com with a reason for return. The articles must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition. Otherwise, the products will not be refunded, nor taken back, nor exchanged.
